SARI SPECTACULAR
The sari is a piece of traditional clothing that has stood the test of time, worn by women of Indian descent around the world. So popular is the garment in Durban that the 9th annual Durban Beach Sari Stroll takes place tomorrow at the Durban Beachfront Amphitheatre Lawns from 1pm. Preparing for the walk are Sbqhle Tembe, left, and Ashvika Maharaj. People who want to participate but who do not have a sari, and do not know how to drape it, will be given a free sari and shown how to wear it.
