DURBAN-based Videovisio­n Entertainm­ent has acquired distributi­on rights in SA for

which was selected as the closing night film of the 2012 Toronto Internatio­nal Film Festival.

Featuring veteran British screen stars Vanessa Redgrave and Terence Stamp, the film will be released in SA early next year.

Set in London, it is a comedic drama about a shy and grumpy 72year-old, Arthur (Stamp), whose wife Marion (Redgrave) convinces him to join an unconventi­onal local choir.

This results in Arthur becoming a late bloomer who, in the process, learns to love life again.
