KP talks positive

LONDON: England coach Andy Flower says the team’s rift with Kevin Pietersen could soon be resolved, possibly paving the way for a recall for the flamboyant batsman for the upcoming tour of India. Pietersen has been out of favour with England management since being dropped for sending “provocative” SMSes to South Africa players about then-Test captain Andrew Strauss in August. After weeks of talks, however, Flower says the dispute “is nearing an end now – in a positive way, I hope”. – SapaAP
