Mentalist Gork at Sibaya

THE truth behind the mystical power of psychics will be the focus of a new show by renowned South African mentalist, Gilan Gork, to be presented at the iZulu Theatre at Sibaya Casino, near Umhlanga, next Tuesday.

Gork has included KwaZulu-Natal on his Persuasion Games national tour in which he promises to reveal the truth behind the mystical power of psychics and fortune-tellers.

“The power of psychics, mind-readers and fortunetellers has fascinated the world for generations. Their stories and revelations are often so convincing, but are people able to understand the source of these mystical abilities?” he asks.

Billed as “SA’s master of influence”, Gork says his Persuasion Games is a seminar in which he delves into the psychological forces which create stealthy slip-roads and shortcuts that bypass human logic.

Over the years, Gork has progressed from reading minds to helping South Africans achieve goals faster by learning techniques to become more influential.

For two-and-a-half hours, Gork will illustrate, through an interactive session, how to understand the mind games of influence – and how to win them. He will reveal how many psychics’ “powers” are simply influence techniques that everyone is capable of learning.

These techniques include a psychology and communication model which is one of the world’s longestkept secrets.
