Bourse edges up on higher oil prices

THE BOURSE edged up yesterday on higher global oil prices.

The JSE Top40 index gained 0.4 percent to 43 985.37 points and the broader all share index was 0.25 percent higher at 49 491.69 points.

Sasol was among the biggest gainers as oil prices edged further above $46 (R623) a barrel. which makes fuel from coal and gas, gained 2.01 percent to R422.15. Other advancers included
