Rebuild derelict post office

THE post office in Overport was closed down many years ago.

The wooden and iron derelict building still stands and is a place where vagrants sleep at night and drug addicts do their trade.

The building has no doors and windows and is an eyesore in the heart of a built-up area.

When the post office was still operating, Overport was not that developed.

Today, in a short space of years, it has become a thriving area.

The post office authorities should demolish the derelict building and, in its place, re-build a post office as Overport is in need of one.
