Courtney case arrest

A 40-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested in connection with the murder of 3-year-old Courtney Pieters, Western Cape police said yesterday.

“The 40-year-old suspect was arrested at Saturn Close, Salberau, Elsiesrivier (on Sunday night) and once he has been charged he is expected to appear in Goodwood Magistrate’s Court on a charge of murder,” said police spokesman FC van Wyk.

Pieters’ body was found in a shallow grave in Epping. – ANA
