Amanda Nunes is out to fortify her legacy at UFC 250
THIS weekend, Amanda Nunes, the most successful women’s fighter in Ultimate Fighting Championship history, will seek to fortify her legacy at UFC 250 in Las Vegas. The Brazilian is aiming to become the first fighter – male or female – to successfully defend UFC gold in two different weight classes while holding both belts simultaneously as she defends her featherweight title against Felicia Spencer of Canada. The action will be broadcast live on SuperSport 1 and 11 from 4am on Sunday. This is the first time “The Lioness” will defend the featherweight title she claimed at UFC 232, but it will be the seventh consecutive championship bout for the dominant two-weight world champion.
