Komani steps up

The Queens Fitness Centre team from Komani came first in high-lo and third in step. In the individual challenge, Komani winners were Babes Mngambi, who scooped first place in high-lo and step, and second in box in the female veteran category.

Luvo Gazi was third in high-lo, zumba, box and step in the female youth category, and Nikiwe Sihela won the functional challenge trophy.

Komani instructors awarded medals were Lunga Leeuw, Bongani Nofukuka and Abongile Ndabambi.
