The Rep

What do you think about…

-

The Rep intern Chuma Joni took to the streets of Komani to ask residents whether they had seen any change since the National Cabinet Representative (NCR) took office at the Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality.

Hanlie Kruger from Bergsig

Enoch Mgijima is corrupt. If the NCR can get the people who are behind the 68 ghost employees benefiting from the monies expelled, it

would be a great job.

Riaan de Lange from Komani Park

We are accustomed to receiving bad service delivery in Komani. Unearthing irregularities, one can hope that it brings about positive change. I grew up here, left and came back. We had 18 days without electricity. People do not tolerate that in other places.

Sindiswa Mabela

from Komani Heights

The NCR is giving us hope by discovering the 68 ghost employees in the municipality. They are exposing and spotting corruption early. They are honest and are making things right instead of eating money and doing nothing.

Thembinkosi Mangena from Ezibeleni

It shows that the government is full of corruption. A person who is underprivileged

remains underprivileged forever. They must make sure that they follow proper employment processes. This problem is due to incompetent officials and nepotism.

Dendre Moore from New Rest

They are making good progress. We feel so much better seeing improvement happening, unlike people eating money without any accountability.
