Runners enjoy spring in step

Last Saturday, 80 people ran, walked and jogged the course of the Komani parkrun at the Queenstown Golf Club.

Eleven happy regular parkrunners recorded personal best times while three other participants enjoyed their first parkrun.

Visitors from Bloemfontein and East London experienced the beautiful scenery of the Komani parkrun on a perfect spring morning.
