Enjoy Hangklip Carnival fun with family and friends

A weekend filled with fun starts today as the Hangklip Carnival kicks off in Komani.

Locals are expected to visit the Hangklip High School sports grounds in numbers to enjoy the many fun and exciting activities on offer for both young and old.

Friday’s programme is from 2 to 10pm, with a Tom Jojo karate demonstrat­ion at 5pm.

The gates will open again on Saturday from 9am to 10pm.

Visitors can enjoy carnival rides, vintage cars, children’s entertainm­ent, face painting, the Fifa World Cup Playstatio­n challenge, a photo booth, plenty of food and fresh produce, clothing stalls, hand-crafted goods, leather products, beauty products, paintings, a coffee bean stall and more.

A car wash will also be available.

With no load-shedding worries, a whole day of entertainm­ent for the whole family is in store.
