#SeanDavison created dialogue on dying with dignity and his right to die campaign. Davison faces charges of murder. He was released on bail.

Standing in solidarity with Sean Davison and Dignity SA. Dying with Dignity is a fundamental Human Right. There is something a little fishy about this whole euthanasia thing. I am all for it if done above board. I don’t think this is one of those cases.

They need to change the laws around euthanasia. It is hard to watch someone you love die slow and in great pain. Free this gentleman please. Murderers walk, rapists laugh in the face of their victims and this man, who is helping someone, honouring a wish and decision that was not taken lightly by a dying person, is arrested for murder? Only in South Africa. My God. 57 people are murdered in SA every day– and we had the 5th highest murder rate in the world in 2015 – but police and state choose to arrest and prosecute this man. #Sean Davison must be careful he isn’t turning into a “serial killer” by being at peace with seeing people commit suicide.
