Worried over mom’s cover

I NEED your help, please.

I have been in contact with Edgars regarding my mother’s funeral policy, but I feel they are not really taking this matter seriously.

My mother is 79 years old and she has a funeral cover with Edcon. I noticed that the funeral premiums have not been deducted since February last year. When I contacted Edgars via email to get clarity, I got no joy.

I am worried that if my mother passes away I won’t be able to claim the insurance that she has paid for for over 10 years. She did not cancel the insurance and no one is willing to explain if she’s still covered or not.
