Anti-piracy warships congregate
A CHINESE Navy replenishment ship, the Qiandaohu, right, and multi-role frigate Yiyang enter the port of Gdynia in Poland yesterday. Three Chinese naval vessels – the destroyer Jinan, multirole frigate Yiyang and the Qiandaohu – came to Gdynia for the Chinese Navy’s first-ever visit to Poland. The ships are part of a task force which recently completed an anti-piracy mission in the Gulf of Aden. The ships are on a five-month tour of seaports worldwide.
