Plot to snatch Obama pet

Bo and Sunny, the Obama family’s pets, on the South Lawn of the White House. A North Dakota man who allegedly plotted to kidnap one of the Obamas’ Portuguese water dogs has been arrested with guns and ammunition at a Washington hotel.
