Stands in equestrian estate to go under the hammer

TWO VACANT stands for developmen­t in the exclusive Landsmeer Equestrian Estate will be brought to market by Park Village Auctions on Thursday at 11am.

PVA will sell two notarially tied stands: erven 409 and 410, zoned “Residentia­l 3”, in total covering around 12 000m2. Viewing will be an hour before the auction starts.

Located in Meerhof, Hartbeestp­oort, with picturesqu­e views of the Magaliesbe­rg mountains, Landsmeer is a sought-after upmarket residentia­l lifestyle estate with 30 paddocked stables, dressage arenas, irrigated farm with fishing facilities, braai and entertainm­ent amenities and natural walkways.

The estate has only 126 stands in total, incorporat­ing two sectional title complexes and single residentia­l stands.

Also on Thursday, PVA will auction assets of Active Packaging, an establishe­d corrugated cardboard and chipboard packaging material manufactur­ing concern in Hekpoort.

Production equipment includes slotters, band saws, strapping machines and glueing equipment. Additional lots including office furniture and a CCTV camera system are also on offer.

Active Packaging’s assets will be sold on Portion 390 of the farm “Hekpoort 504 JQ” on the R560 Hekpoort Road in Mogale City. Bidding starts at 10.30am and viewing is Wednesday from 10am to 3pm.
