People should clean up after themselves

FIFTY years after the technological marvel of the first human walking on the moon, simple local issues still need attention. Litterbugs and dog walkers in parks must be forced to clean up after themselves – and punished if they don’t. What if the first lunar lander had come down in one of our parks by mistake? “That’s one small step for man, one giant leap for… Oh, no, wait! Horrors! Look! I’ve stepped in a dog poo!..”
