Huge online auction of Telkom properties and buildings
GOINDUSTRY DoveBid SA is hosting a “massive” online property auction on behalf of long-standing client Telkom, offering 34 properties located across South Africa, including commercial and industrial buildings, vacant erven as well as agricultural land.
“We have been working with Telkom since 2013 and are looking forward to another successful auction,” says Kim Faclier, who is managing director Property GoIndustry.
“We have auctioned close on 150 properties at 20 auctions for Telkom over the years and raised hundreds of millions of rand. For this sale, the properties are being sold via our specialised online auction platform which can accommodate bidders in any part of the country.”
On offer will be an extensive Telkom portfolio with the lots including plots with single-storey buildings used for telecommunications, as well as vacant land with development potential. In Western
Cape, there are two vacant stands and three erven with improvements, and in the Eastern Cape there is one property with improvements.
“The majority of the rest of the properties are industrial single-storey buildings, with zoning classifications such as ‘agricultural’, ‘commercial’ and ‘industrial’. There are six such properties in Gauteng, seven in KwaZulu-Natal, four in Limpopo, five in Mpumalanga, two in North West and three in Northern Cape,” Faclier says.
Viewing is strictly by appointment for the online auction which closes on November 26 at 2pm. For more details, email Kim Faclier at kim.faclier@liquidityservices.com, call 0860 000 010 or email Catherine Pritchard at catherine. pritchard@liquidityservices.com or call 071 603 4478.
