A salute to the special morning radio hosts

I SALUTE all those individuals who work in radio, bringing us the early morning shows.

Unique in so many ways, they are up before dawn, getting ready to nudge us out of bed with news, music and humorous banter.

These people are special, depriving themselves of sleep, as they make their way to their various studios around the country.

Well done to all concerned … because many of us don’t appreciate the enormous effort it takes to produce and present these shows day in and day out.
