Journalist strangled

SANA’A, YEMEN: Yemeni security officials said a French journalist has been found dead in his hotel room in the capital Sana’a. The journalist was found yesterday strangled by an electrical wire and tied to the bed. The hotel Al-maali is near the presidential palace in an area controlled by Yemen’s Republican Guard, an elite force commanded by the son of President Ali Abdullah Saleh.
