Dried pep­per

Fresh ginger

Gar­lic cloves

Soup cubes

Salt scent leaves - you could use basil leaves Chicken stock Cut the chicken into cubes.

Steam with blended pep­per, gar­lic, soup cubes and lit­tle salt to taste.

Add stock and cook for 2 min­utes. Add scent leaves and then re­move the leaves be­fore serv­ing.
