Tiggo 7 Pro — a firm favourite in South Africa and across the world
First the range conquered the world and now, in its current two local incarnations, the Tiggo 7 Pro and Tiggo 7 Pro Max, it continues to be a firm favourite among local consumers.
Chery SA launched the Tiggo7 Pro Max in November 2023 as the first Chery AWD model in the South African market, offering customers an improved driving experience across multiple terrains.
The vehicle’s popularity in the local market has led to the recent expansion of the range, which now includes the Tiggo7 Pro Max premium derivative. This lower-spec model is equipped with a dual curved screen, wireless Car Play & Android Auto, an eight speaker Sony sound system, and Chery’s popular intelligent voice command, all for R499 900 for the two-wheel drive and R569 900 for the all-wheel drive derivative.
As an introductory offer, Chery SA is sweetening the deal by including a seven-year/200 000 km warranty on these vehicles for a limited period.
According to retail sales data for the first quarter of 2024, the Chery Tiggo 7 Pro series achieved third place in the mid-sized SUV segment with a total of 1 060 units sold for the period.
