In­jera with Doro

Doro is a thick spicy stew served with boiled eggs and is a lo­cal del­i­cacy in Ethiopia. It's served with in­jera (fer­mented teff flour). The stew is piled on top of the bread, thus al­low­ing the in­jera to soak up the juices, which cre­ates a unique com­bi­na­tion.
