Garba is the slang name for At­tiéké (cas­sava). It is a pop­u­lar dish made from Ivo­rian man­ioc (the starchy cas­sava or Yuca tu­ber), which is sold in small street stalls usu­ally held by men. It con­sists of At­tiéké in a cous­cous shape and pieces of fried salted tuna.
