She’s even styled her braids into a quiff. The most important thing to do when wearing braids is to protect your hairline. Ensure that they aren’t installed too tightly as that will result in hair loss. When arranging your braids with styling accessories, be gentle so that you don’t pull the roots of the hair off your scalp and cause baldness and scalp irritation. Having braids doesn’t mean you can just neglect your hair. Moisturise it with a good conditioning braid spray three times a week. Aim to get the braids washed every four weeks, too.
