1 kg frozen salmon wellington, shop-bought 1 egg, beaten
1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Place the wellington on an oven tray. Brush pastry with beaten egg and place in the oven to bake for 35 minutes, until golden brown and cooked on the inside. Leave to cool for 15 minutes before slicing. Serve with lemon slices.
