1 kg frozen salmon welling­ton, shop-bought 1 egg, beaten

Method

1. Pre­heat oven to 180°C. Place the welling­ton on an oven tray. Brush pas­try with beaten egg and place in the oven to bake for 35 min­utes, un­til golden brown and cooked on the in­side. Leave to cool for 15 min­utes be­fore slic­ing. Serve with lemon slices.
