CHILLI TUNA STEAK
Serves: 2-3
Prep Time: 40 minutes
400 g tuna steaks
1 lime, juiced
4T olive oil
2 red chilli, finely chopped 3T honey
2 garlic cloves, finely crushed 1T ginger, crushed
1/4 cup cranberry juice
1 stalk dill, finely chopped
Method
1. Mix all the wet ingredients with chilli, garlic, ginger and dill.
2. Place tuna steak in a flat dish and pour the marinade over, cover and chill for 30 minutes.
3. Braai over low coal heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
4. Heat the remaining marinade and serve with grilled potatoes, snap peas and rocket salad.
