Tip 3: More wash days
As the mercury rises, the scalp will sweat more than usual, especially if you lead an active lifestyle. Shampooing the hair every week will dry out the strands, so we suggest a co-wash (washing/ rinsing out dirt using conditioner only). Concentrate on the scalp and use your finger to loosen and detangle the hair. Add protein treatments to your regime if you swim a lot or have relaxed hair. The protein treatments help the hair gain strength and resistance to the heat, and to withstand styling manipulations.
