AN INSPIRING DAY WITH clere radiance AND TRUELOVE
Inspiration, good company and great food were the order of the day when Clere Radiance and TRUE LOVE hosted an empowerment brunch, at 54 on Bath in Rosebank, aimed at equipping women with tools to navigate their careers, personal lives and academic pursuits. As is usually the case when a group of women gather, the ambience created a welcoming space for the keynote speakers to share their respective journeys. The event kicked off with MC Sechaba Gqeba reflecting on her journey to becoming a successful radio and TV presenter. Trusted South African skincare brand Clere Radiance, together with Somatoligist Valerie Mogwera, addressed the guests’ skin concerns at length.
Sithembile Mfayela, head of face care at AMKA, gave insights into how empowering herself academically helped get her to the top. TRUE LOVE Editor Mbali Soga also chipped in, sharing how sheer determination saw her transition from fashion director to editor. Businesswoman Connie Mashaba shared tips on how to strike a healthy balance between family life and being an entrepreneur. Not only did the guests leave fulfilled, but they took home amazing goodie bags too!
