BOEREWORS ROLLS

INGREDIENTS
400 g boerewors
4 T hot sauce
4 T BBQ sauce
4 hot dog rolls
3 T oil
1 small brown and red onion, thinly sliced into rings
Salt and black pepper
METHOD
1. Thinly rub boerewors with sauces and cook either on coal or gas braai, griddle pan or oven.
2. In a pan, heat oil and fry the onions for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
3. Serve with rolls, onions, and tomato and mustard sauces.
