Is the nanny recruitment agency able to do criminal record checks?

Do you get to do a trial run with the nanny agency to ensure your nanny is the right fit? Ncube-Moyo says her agency gives a trial run of two months, in which time they can get a replacement if the one they have is not a match.

Does your nanny have firstaid, cooking or housekeeping training?
