PROTEINPACKED BEEF
Makes: 2 portions Prep time: 20 mins Ingredients For meatballs: 250 g beef mince
½ onion, finely chopped 1 beef stock cube, crumbled 1 T tomato sauce
1 T barbeque sauce
1 garlic clove, crushed
½ cup flour
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp mixed herbs
2 tsps Worcestershire sauce 1 carrot, finely grated Oil, for frying
For sides:
Sweet chilli sauce, for dipping
Mini cheddar cheese wheels Mixed salad of choice
½ cup blueberries Nectarines
Method
1. Mix all patty ingredients together until well blended. Scoop spoonful mixture and shape into small balls.
2. In a frying pan, heat oil until very hot. Fry all meatballs until golden and cooked through. Drain on kitchen paper towel.
3. Serve the meatballs with sweet chilli sauce, mini cheddar wheels, salad and fruits.
