PINWHEEL SANDWICHES

4 ham slices
4 cheddar cheese slices Watermelon Celery Cucumber slices Nuts

Method
1. Remove crusts from the bread. Flatten with rolling pin. Spread bread with cheese spread, then place a layer of lettuce on top, followed by ham, then cheese slices. Repeat with all other slices of bread, ham, cheese and lettuce. Roll up the bread carefully, slice into two or three pieces, then skewer onto kebab sticks to make it fun.
2. Pack nuts, fruits and vegetables cut into shapes.
