1 x 500 g vanilla cake mix Oil (according to package) Eggs (according to package) Milk (according to package) 3 T cocoa powder

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180°C. In a large mixing bowl, empty the cake mix contents and add the oil, eggs and milk. Beat with an electric beater at high speed for 2 minutes, or until smooth.

2. Divide mixture into two. Mix cocoa powder with 4 T of warm milk and add it to one of the half mixtures.

3. Grease a muffin tray, pour a little bit each of the cake mixture into each hole. Using a skewer, draw an '8' on top of the dough, creating a swirl. Bake for about 30 minutes.

4. Remove from oven, leave to cool, dust with icing sugar and serve.
