CHOCOLATE CHIP AND TOFFEE ICE CREAM CAKE

Serves: 6-8 Prep Time: 30 mins Ingredient­s

1 x 500 g biscuit mix 100 g butter

100 g chocolate chip Toffee ice cream

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a baking tray and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, place butter and beat on high speed until pale. Empty the contents of the biscuit mixture onto the butter, beat until mixed through and a ball forms.

2. Roll out the dough and cut into circles, press chocolate chips on top of the dough. Place on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

3. Serve with toffee ice cream.
