HOW I ORGANISE MY DAY …
“I don’t get enough sleep, that’s for sure. I go to bed between midnight and 2 am, then wake up just after 6 am to start my day with a quick gym session, then get my kids ready for school. When I’m particularly stressed, some yoga helps keep stress at bay. In terms of organising my life, if it’s not in my diary, it doesn’t exist – and that includes my personal life. I also swear by this app that helps me communicate with my team effectively. I like holding my meetings later in the day and reserve my mornings – my most productive time – to work through my biggest priorities of the day.”
