“I don’t get enough sleep, that’s for sure. I go to bed between midnight and 2 am, then wake up just after 6 am to start my day with a quick gym session, then get my kids ready for school. When I’m particular­ly stressed, some yoga helps keep stress at bay. In terms of organising my life, if it’s not in my diary, it doesn’t exist – and that includes my personal life. I also swear by this app that helps me communicat­e with my team effectivel­y. I like holding my meetings later in the day and reserve my mornings – my most productive time – to work through my biggest priorities of the day.”
