MINI FISH GOUJONS BURGER

Ingredients
1 cup flour
2 beaten eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs Salt and pepper
2 tsps garlic flakes
1 tsp paprika
1 small hake fillet
8 mini sesame seed rolls 1 avocado, mashed
1 red onion, sliced into rings
Tomato jam
Blue cheese sauce
Method:
1. Season sifted flour with salt, pepper, garlic flakes and paprika. Also season breadcrumbs with salt, pepper, garlic flakes and paprika.
2. Slice the hake fillets into equal parts, place into seasoned flour, then egg, then coat with breadcrumbs. Place in refrigerator and let stand for about 10-15 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a deep pot for frying, place the fish and deep fry for about 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Remove and place on kitchen paper towel to drain.
4. Slice open the rolls, spread with mashed avocado, top with red onion, fried fish goujons, rocket leaves, tomato jam and blue cheese sauce. Serve.
