It’s important to eat thrice daily so as to regulate your blood sugar and energy levels. Each person has their own nutritional needs, which affect the number of times they eat daily. Meal prepping makes life much easier.

Most people make the mistake of assuming that weight loss and adopting new eating habits are a quick fix. Sustainable nutritional plans need longterm lifestyle changes amongst other things.

Never make the mistake of taking your supplements on an empty stomach. To enhance the absorption of fat soluble vitamins like Vitamin A, D, E and K, you need to pair this with some fat in the food. Don’t skip meals throughout the day then binge in the evenings. This contributes to rapid weight gain, and leads to your body being imbalanced from the lack of sugar, energy and sustenance throughout the day.

Always incluce fruits and vegetables in your meals. Avoid fruit juices and dried fruits, and opt for fresh options.

Eat less takeaways and avoid fizzy drinks. Home-cooked meals and water are a girl’s best friend.
