2 tsps lemon juice
½ cup creamed cheese Black pepper to taste 1 packet salty biscuits 200 g salmon ribbons
1. In a blender, place avocado, lemon juice and creamed cheese, blend to a smooth paste, and season with black pepper.
2. Spread the avocado mixture on the biscuits and top with salmon ribbons and avocado slices.
