BLUEBERRY AND PEACH SANGRIA
Makes: 1 L Prep Time: 10 mins
Ingredients
2 peach flavoured teabags
1/2 cup blueberry syrup
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 peaches sliced
1 lemon, sliced
1 bottle dry white wine
Method
1. In a cup of boiling water, steep two teabags and leave until cold. Remove teabags and pour tea into a 1 litre jar.
2. Add syrup and stir together. Add blueberries, peach and lemon slices. Just before serving, top up with cold dry white wine.
