Perdeberg has announced the launch of Lighthearted – its elegant, low-alcohol range that caters for the health-conscious consumer. “Without compromising on quality and taste, Lighthearted offers an excellent low-alcohol alternative that tastes great, leaves you with little to no guilt, and lets you manage your alcohol, calorie or sugar intake,” says group marketing manager, Chantelle Boucher. Each of the wines ranges from between 8 and 9.5% alcohol, contain 0.10-0.20 g sugar per 100 ml, and have 55-65 calories per 100 ml. The range costs R50-R55 per bottle!
