Holiday swap kzn

-

it looks like 2015 will be nomzamo mbatha’s year to shine. the 24-year-old is reprising her role as thandeka on mzansi magic soapie isibaya (2013-current) later this year, as well as appearing on new e.tv polygamy-themed drama umlilo. and if she wasn’t busy enough, the kznborn beauty is also presenting new sabc1 reality show holiday swap kzn.

how are you juggling your current TV roles? it’s a lot of hard work. i’m a very ambitious person, so i’m enjoying it as well. i love what i do and i get excited about every opportunity and don’t take it for granted. We’ve seen you acting. What can we expect from Nomzamo the presenter? with acting you can get away with people not liking you. but when you’re presenting, it’s personal. i hope that people don’t hate me [laughs]. it’s very new to me and i was naturally daunted and scared, but i think that i did a good job hosting the show. You’re passionately Zulu. What’s it like representing your province on holiday Swap? i’ve always wanted to work with kzn tourism because there’s so much beauty and culture that the province can export to the world, so i didn’t think twice when the opportunity presented itself. What do you like most about KZN? besides the scenery and culture, it’s the people. there are so many talented people in the industry from there. i love going home because i always discover new things. What will viewers enjoy most about the show? we made great tv! you get to see it all – the crying, the vomiting – all the extreme things that people in competitions do, we’ve got it. and the undiscovered gems of kzn are explored on the show!
