Paul tries to stop Analine and David from renewing their vows.

Loving brothers is a dangerous game – one that Analine (Rolanda Marais) knows all too well. Paul King (Justin Strydom) is her true love and they have son Ben (Viljé Maritz) together, but she married David (Antony Coleman) after Paul was wrongfully handed an 18-year prison sentence for killing his dad. Paul returned in season 1 (April 2013) and took control as the CEO of Kings Casino, squeezing David out of his job. And while Paul’s suppressed his feelings for Analine, Tuesday 1 December sees him threaten to stop David and Analine’s vow renewal… and he’s got leverage over his brother!
Wednesday 25 November sees Paul ask Analine not to remarry David and he declares his everlasting love for her. Justin adds that Paul goes against his faith and values to pursue her again. “He believes in the purity of their love; it’s how he survived in prison and it’s why he changed his ways. He believes their love is eternal. If she rejects him, his faith will be severely tested.” But that’s what happens, with Analine turning down Paul’s request. Rolanda says that it’s just too complicated “in that moment. She stays strong and suppresses her feelings – it would cause chaos in the family if she left David for Paul.” Analine’s furious when she finds the Sheffield Diamond in an ornament on her coffee table and she confronts David about stealing it. Linkie is resentful of TT’s decision to give Thandi casino land, Paul tells Analine that he’s going to sell the casino, and Pieter’s riches still haven’t bought him any friends, so he tries to reach out to Michelle but she isn’t interested. Paul chats to Mr Ngwenya, a potential casino buyer, but his plans are ruined when Analine interrupts the meeting and tells Mr Ngwenya about the casino’s cash crisis. Thandi’s identity shocks everyone, and Ben asks Paul to stop Analine and David’s vow renewal ceremony. Meanwhile, Thandi quits as Esme’s assistant because she feels that she didn’t earn it, and Maurice tries to warn Pieter against gambling again. In Gugu’s absence, Paul and TT are being controlled by a new casino mogul, and Muzi, Ravi and Dhanny try to figure out a way to make extra money for Christmas presents.
