Hope moves to Italy & dumps Liam and Wyatt
A fed-up Hope flees to visit Brooke in Italy, leaving both Liam and Wyatt behind.

There are times when a girl needs her mother, even when Mommy’s in Italy. Losing her baby on Friday 18 December was the last straw for Hope Logan (Kimberly Matula). On Wednesday 23 December, as she and Wyatt (Darin Brooks) start the dreadful process of returning the babyshower gifts, she packs up her marriage along with them. Hope walks away after cursing Wyatt for doing nothing to keep his demented mom Quinn (Rena Sofer) away from her, only to run into Liam’s arms (Scott Clifton). On Thursday 24 December, Hope admits to Liam that what she really needs is her mom. “I need to exhale. I need to sort through all of this pain and confusion and… figure out who I am now.” And so we say goodbye to Hope as she jets off to Brooke’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) side in Milan, Italy.

Hope was so terrified of earning
4 a slutty reputation like her mom Brooke that she was terrible at sex. So to help her loosen up, her therapist prescribed anti-anxiety pills. But thanks to Amber’s (Adrienne Frantz) meddling, Hope took black market meds instead, nearly drowned again and crashed into Steffy on the ski slopes in 2012. Bill paid Deacon (Sean Kanan) to
5 mess up Hope’s wedding to Liam in Italy in 2012, and the day they were meant to sign the papers to make their marriage legal anyway, Liam rocked up with dyed hair and tattoos after partying hard with Steffy. Nobody got married that day!
