Esme brings the date of the written butler exam forward, which worries Thandi, and Muzi teaches Ravi the finer points of negotiating and sends him to meet Paul and TT before he accepts his job back. Quintin’s jealousy over Michelle and Ben’s friendship drives him to drastic measures, Thandi has an accident on the eve of her butler exam, and Analine’s behaviour fools David but not Paul.
