Always-smiling Cheryl Hines is famous for playing Cheryl David, long-suffering wife of troublemaker Larry David on sitcom Curb Your Enthusiasm (2000current – which is airing Wednesdays and Thursdays, M-Net Edge at 22:05). She’s back in another madcap sitcom, playing Edie the ex-wife of animated barbarian Zorn (Jason Sudeikis) in partanimation, part-live-action show Son Of Zorn (2016-current).

were crazy, but this is nuts!” joked the 50-year-old in 2014 after getting hitched to Robert F Kennedy Jr (62), nephew of assassinated US President John F Kennedy and son of assassinated Senator Robert Francis Kennedy.

While her real-life hubby brings 2

a series of infidelity scandals with him, Cheryl’s used to dealing with difficult husbands. “Larry is difficult but he’s predictable,” she said in an interview at entertainment convention Comic-Con in July, “while Zorn is aggressive.”

While studying Theater Performa3

nce at the University Of Central Florida in 1987, Cheryl worked at the Universal Studios theme park in Florida. She played the famous shower curtain victim in the soundstage attraction of slasher movie Psycho (1960).

Cheryl worked as the PA to famed 4

actor and director Rob Reiner (Bob in New Girl, 2011-current) but turned down help in getting roles. “I’ve worked hard to get here and no one can take that away from me,” she says proudly.

Cheryl has 12-year-old daughter 5

Catherine from her first marriage to agent Paul Young, which ended in 2010 after eight years. When she wed Robert, she got six stepkids – Robert III (32), Kathleen (28), Conor (22), Kyra (21), William (19) and Aiden (15).
