Lalo’s operation wasn’t successful, Marisa went to jail, and Frank searched for the real criminal.

26 – 28 APRIL

Cristóbal is certain that Marisa is innocent and he tells her that he’ll do everything to free her. Marisa is feeling lost and distracted behind bars, and Víctor gets a new job at a bar and that’s a problem because he’s an alcoholic. Cristóbal is warned about getting involved with the lawyers working on Marisa’s case, and Amador learns that Marisa has a sister.

1 – 5 MAY

Marisa is determined to earn respect in jail and challenges Catalina to a basketball game – if Marisa wins, she wants Catalina to back off. Meanwhile, Lalo is waking from his coma and Marisa and Cristóbal are allowed to visit him in his hospital bed. The judge has set Marisa’s bail at $200 000, and Polaco manages to sell one of his stolen gems. Elsewhere, Víctor gets drunk at work and demands to see his son Lalo but he isn’t allowed into the hospital ward.

8 – 9 MAY

Víctor’s girlfriend Yaya warns him that she won’t stay if he continues to behave badly and drink so much. Lalo’s condition isn’t improving and the doctors need to speak to Víctor, Marisa and Cristóbal. Reporters get a tip-off about Cristóbal and Marisa getting back together but Marisa refuses to talk to the journalists, while elsewhere Belinda gets news about the paternity test.
