Claudia is fuming when Banzi picks cash over their marriage.
Gangster Banzi (Hamilton Dlamini) has been walking on eggshells after his wife Claudia (Chichi Letswalo) found out about his affair in early April 2016. “She is on the lookout now. Claudia doesn’t want Banzi around any girls,” says Hamilton and on Wednesday 26 April, Claudia warns him to stay away from varsity res leader Tsakane (Sho Madjozi), who is helping Banzi attract students to his apartment building. “Claudia doesn’t care that it’s good for the business. Her jealousy is threatening their empire and Banzi deals with it the best way he knows how: doing exactly what he wants,” adds Hamilton.

Money is the only thing on his mind when Banzi ignores Claudia’s orders on Thursday 27 April. While he wants to keep her happy, his business relationship with Tsakane is more important and “he tries to convince Claudia that they’ll grow their empire but she still won’t take it,” adds Hamilton. “She doesn’t believe anything he says and that causes more tension at home.” Claudia lashes out at her hubby for no reason on Monday 1 May – she’s been bottling her rage after Banzi’s mistress Amber (Carol Mkhwanazi) SMSed her naked pictures of her and Banzi and Hamilton reveals that “there’s no trust in the marriage. Claudia hates that he’s lying about his cheating and thinks that Tsakane could be the girl who’s trying to ruin their lives”.

And it gets worse on Wednesday 3 May when things don’t go Claudia’s way. “Banzi thinks that he’s got the marriage under control, but Claudia is a tough cookie,” says Hamilton. But the rift widens on Monday 8 May and Claudia avoids her hubby at all costs. While in the past they always stuck together through thick and thin, “She’s beyond livid this time around. Claudia’s always thought they were a team and she can’t believe that Banzi won’t drop a girl for her,” says Hamilton. But no one knows Claudia like Banzi and he’s keeping a few tricks up his sleeve. He knows how to deal with her and “he loves her. She always gets carried away and Banzi knows that. But while he’s waiting for this storm to blow over, he’s also hoping that his hot-head wife doesn’t do something stupid that will affect their business empire.” You know what they say about a woman scorned…
