Manifest (2018- current) is a sci-fi mystery with a heart. “It’s Lost (20042010) meets This Is Us (2016- current). So it has the high- concept mystery but it is all grounded by a very real, very emotional drama about a family that has been torn apart,” says Josh Dallas. He plays mathematician Ben Stone, a passenger on Montego Air Flight 828 from Jamaica to New York City that managed to lose his luggage and fiveand-a-half years of his life, which it somehow skipped over mid-flight! And now he is hearing voices in his head. When Josh started filming the show though, he didn’t know what was really going on. “I didn’t want to know because I wanted to discover it along with the audience,” says the actor.

Superpowers, secret connections, timehops and more are no mystery to 39-year-old Josh, best known to fantasy fans as Prince Charming/David Nolan in Once Upon A Time (2011-2018). And talk about fairytale magic – he met his wife and personal princess Ginnifer Goodwin (Snow White) on Once Upon A Time. They married in 2014 and now have two sons – Oliver Finlay Dallas (born in 2014) and Hugo Wilson Dallas (born in 2016). Josh was raised in Kentucky but started his acting career in London after he won a scholarship at the age of 16 to study at Mountview Conservatoire For The Performing Arts. After graduating, he performed with Royal Shakespeare Company and more for 11 years. Five days after returning home to Hollywood, Josh was cast as Fandral in 2011 superhero movie Thor. “It was a nice welcome home present,” he says.
